There are various opportunities for Halloween fun in Morrison, IL, on Thursday, October 31, 2013.
- Children are invited to Trick-or-Treat at Pleasant View Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, 500 N. Jackson Street, after school from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. “Wear your costume and receive candy treats from the staff and residents.”
- Morrison Community Hospital will host a Trick-or-Treat Open House in the front lobby, for all ghosts and goblins from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
- Morrison High School Key Club teams will Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
- Official Trick-or-Treat hours around town are 4:00 to 7:00.
Look for Key Club teams of four-to-six MHS students to request donations to combat neo-natal tetanus in third-world countries, through UNICEF’s “Eliminate Project.” Those who donate will receive a thank you which explains this life-saving work.
