Wednesday night Free Community Meals have resumed for the fall semester and will run each week, through November 17, 2021. Both dine-in buffet and drive-through meals are being offered from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. The menu for Wednesday, September 29, will be Ham and Hashbrown Bake, Green Beans, and Chocolate Cake. If you eat in, milk and water are also served. Everyone is asked to enter the Christ Center through the front porch door. Drive-through participants are asked to line up in the parking lot from the alley heading south. All are cordially welcomed!
DELTA Club for children K-5 is held from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., as well as Jr. High Youth Group. All youth are welcome, regardless of church affiliation.
Plan to join us on Sunday, Sunday, October 3. Feel free to come a little early and grab a cup of coffee in the Welcome Center, before going into the sanctuary for the 9:00 a.m. Worship service. All are welcome and are reminded that Emmanuel Church is a “come as you are” family, and dress clothes are certainly not necessary.
Pastor Mike Durham will be our Guest Speaker while Pastor Luke is on vacation. First Sunday will lead the Worship set, and Ministry Coordinator Rich Criss will serve as Organist. The Sanctuary Choir will sing “All We Need” for the anthem. Sunday for children–pre-school through high school–is held following Worship until 11:00 a.m. Coffee and fellowship follow Worship in the Christ Center. All are welcome; invite your friends!
