Hayrack rides, cotton candy, popcorn, a chili dinner, and music by the Dirt Road Rockers will all be featured at a Fall Family Festival sponsored by Citizens for Schmidt. The committee is promoting Kristopher Schmidt as a Republican candidate for Sheriff of Whiteside County.
In addition, an ultralight aircraft is scheduled to fly over the event and drop candy from the sky–like a giant pinata. “Kids are sure to love this,” Schmidt said. “All [Whiteside County] residents are invited to come out and join us, for a family fun day in a great town.”
The public is invited to this free festival on Sunday, October 29, 2017, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., at Heyvaert Farms, 1601 Albany Street, Erie, IL.
