The Whiteside Forum will kick off the 2017-2018 expert speaker season, on Thursday, October 26, 2017, with a discussion on “Medicaid and Medicare.” The program will be presented by Cory Law–of the Whiteside County Health Department–and Lindsay Anderson–of the Whiteside County Senior Center. We will host our event in the Program Room of the Odell Public Library, 307 S. Madison Street, Morrison, IL, starting at 6:30 p.m.
All Forum events are free and open to the public. This is your opportunity to learn more about these Government health programs, to ask questions, or to express concerns.
This presentation will be the first in a series exploring various aspects of “politics.” It will continue with single evening events that will include such topics as
- Vote Smart
- local politics
- genocide
- Nationalism vs. Globalism
- international politics.
