10-11-2013 at 1:30 p.m. At Polo and Duden Roads, Rock Falls, IL, Deputies arrested Brent E. Pritchard, 31 Sterling, IL, on a Lee County warrant for Contempt of Court. Pritchard was taken to the County line where Lee County Deputies transported him to the Lee County jail in lieu of bond.
10-12-2013 at 2:40 p.m. In the 1300 block of W. 14th Street, Rock Falls, IL, Deputies arrested Chad R. Palmer, 37 Sterling, IL, for Driving While License Suspended. Palmer was observed operating an All-Terrain Vehicle upon the roadway. A closer inspection of his driving status revealed he was a suspended driver. Palmer was released on a Notice to Appear in Sterling Court on Tuesday, November 19, 2013.
10-13-2013 at 12:11 p.m. At 10435 Hussing Drive, rural Rock Falls, IL, Deputies arrested Misty L. Clevenger, 41 Rock Falls, on a Whiteside County Warrant for Violation of Probation. Clevenger was transported to the Whiteside County Jail in lieu of bond.
10-17-13 at 1:04 a.m. Jennifer M. Hovey, 33 of Morrison, IL, was stopped early Thursday morning for Inoperative Registration Light and subsequently was arrested for DUI. Hovey was processed at the Sheriff’s Office and released on a Notice to Appear. Rick’s Towing assisted.
10-17-13 at 11:58 p.m. Robert W. Sager, 61 of Morrison, IL, was stopped in Morrison for speed. He was cited for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and posted his Driver’s License as bond.
10-18-13 at 2:17 a.m. Daniel J. McKenzie, 50 of Fulton, Il, was arrested on a Whiteside County Warrant for Obstructing a Court Order. He was taken to the Fulton Police Department, where he posted bond and was released with a new court date.
10-18-13 at 2:53 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies responded to a single-car accident in the 900 block of 11th Avenue, Fulton, IL. Jared C. Kueble, 24
of Fulton, was arrested on two counts of DUI. He was taken to the Fulton Police Department and released on a Notice to Appear. Midwest Towing assisted.
10-22-13 at 12:20 a.m. On Matznick Road in rural Tampico, IL, Deputies arrested Vicki L. Goss, 41 of Tampico, for Driving While License Suspended. Goss was issued a citation and released on a Notice to Appear in Sterling Court on Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at 9:00 a.m.
These arrests are merely a charge, and he/she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
