Arrests: On Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at approximately 6:00 a.m., Morrison Police arrested Brian L. Dunn, age 36 of Morrison, IL, pursuant to two Arrest Warrants issued by Whiteside County, charging Dunn with Failure to Appear-Criminal Damage to Property and Failure to Appear-Driving Revoked/DUI. Dunn was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
