Kory L. Hanabarger, 50, of Sterling, IL, was stopped for no valid registration on 10/8/2018 at 2:29 a.m., on 1st Avenue at E. 3rd Street in Sterling, and was wanted on a Whiteside County Warrant for obstructing a court order. Hanabarger was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
