10-14-15 at 8:30 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies arrived at a residence in rural Sterling, IL. Upon further investigation, Jeremiah H. Kramer, age 36 of Sterling, was arrested for an outstanding Whiteside County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Driving Under the Influence charge. Once Kramer was in custody, he was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he was processed and held in lieu of bond. Whiteside County Probation assisted on scene.
10-23-15 at 8:32 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation in rural Fulton, IL. Upon further investigation, Joseph E. Kuehl, age 35 of Muscatine, IA, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended/Revoked, a Failure to Pay/Appear on a Whiteside County Warrant for Criminal Trespass to Land, as well as a Failure to Pay/Appear on a Whiteside County Warrant for Commercial Burglary. Kuehl was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he was processed and held in lieu of bond. Fulton Police Department and Midwest Towing assisted on scene.
10-28-15 at 10:40 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies arrested Jennifer L. Bardoner, age 35 of Sterling, IL, for Failure to Pay/Appear on a Whiteside County Warrant for Cause Child to be Endangered. Bardoner was able to post bond on scene and was released with a future court appearance.
10-29-15 at 11:40 a.m. Austin A. Vidmar, age 20 of Plano,IL, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after being stopped for speeding on I88 near mile post 26. He was processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office and released on a Notice to Appear.
10-29-15 at 2:07 p.m. Ethan A. E. Schlapper, age 18 of Libertyville, IL, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Speeding on Interstate 88 near mile post 22. Also during the traffic stop, the passenger Kate M. Collins age 19 of Libertyville, was arrested for Possession of Alcohol as a Minor. Both were transported to the Sheriff’s Office, where they later posted bond and were released.
11-02-15 at 9:27 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in rural Fulton, IL, for a traffic violation. Upon further investigation, Rodney J. Hansen, age 25 of Clinton, IA, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended, a Whiteside County Warrant for Larceny, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Possession of Ammunition by a Felon, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Hansen was transported to the Whiteside County Jail where he was processed and held in lieu of bond. Fulton Police Department assisted on scene as well as Midwest Towing.
11-06-15 at 6:43 a.m. Whiteside County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in Rock Falls, IL. Upon further investigation, Brenda G. Elder, age 42 of Rock Falls, was arrested for a Whiteside County Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Disobeying a Traffic Control Device. Elder was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where she was able to post bond and was released with a future court appearance. Williams Towing assisted on scene.
11-06-15 at 1:31 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies arrested Jaymee E. Gibbons, age 25 of Sterling, IL, for a Whiteside County Warrant for Contempt. Gibbons was transported to the Sterling Police Department, where she was able to post bond and was released with a future court appearance.
11-06-15 at 3:16 p.m. Lisa M. Wray, age 25 of Lakemoor, IL, was arrested on Interstate 88 at mile marker 19 for Speeding 86/70 MPH and Tinted Windows. She posted bond and was released on scene.
11-06-15 at 5:06 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash on US Route 30 at IL Route 84. Once Deputies arrived, they initiated the investigation and determined a vehicle driven by Sally V. Malston, age 68 of Dixon, IL, was westbound on U. S. Route 30 stopped at the stop intersection, when her vehicle was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Jerrie A. Johnston, age 56 of Clinton, IA. There were no occupant injuries noted. Jerrie was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
11-06-15 at 5:26 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies responded to another vehicle crash on IL Route 84 just south of Garden Plain Road. Ryan M. Cummings, age 36 of Clinton, IA, was traveling essentially south on IL Route 84, when he slowed because of traffic. A vehicle driven by Mark S. DeWitte, age 45 of Fulton, IL, was unable to stop in time, to avoid crashing into Ryan’s vehicle. Mark was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. There were no occupant injuries. Albany Police and Midwest Collision assisted on scene.
11-07-15 at 1:20 p.m. Gary E. Ballance, age 38 of Decatur, IL, was arrested in Prophetstown, IL, for two counts of DUI, Driving While License Revoked, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Fraudulent Use of Registration. He was processed at the Whiteside County Sheriff’’s Office and released on bond, pending a December 10, 2015, court date in Morrison, IL.
11-07-15 at 1:35 p.m. Sean D. Franklin, age 43 of Sterling, IL, was arrested for an Ogle County warrant for Failure to Appear on a traffic offense. He was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
