11/3/13 at 2:35 a.m. Justin J. Parker, 27, of Rock Falls, IL, was arrested in the 1800 block of E. French Street, Rock Falls, and charged with Criminal Trespass to Residence and Resisting Arrest. He was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
10/29/13 at 11:36 p.m. Whiteside County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Grove Street at Meadow Lane in Prophetstown, IL. As a result the driver, Braden N. Forst, 44, of Cambridge, IL, was arrested for Driving while License Suspended and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Frost was released from the scene with a Notice to Appear.
11/2/13 at 12:30 a.m. Whiteside County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident at the intersection of Lyndon and Spring Valley Roads. As a result the driver, Nicholas R. McKenna, 24, of Sterling, IL, was arrested for D.U.I., Improper Lane Usage, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident, and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. McKenna was released on a Notice to Appear. Deputies were assisted on scene by Morrison Police Department, Morrison E.M.S., and Morrison Fire Department.
Charges listed are accusations, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
