A community Thanksgiving Eve church service will be held on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. All residents are invited to share in gratefulness, at Morrison United Methodist Church, 200 W. LIncolnway, Morrison, IL.
Pastor Ryan Sutton stated, “If you would like to join us in giving thanks to God for your blessings, join us from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., as we partner with Bethesda Lutheran Church for this annual event. A combined choir will sing. We’ll share in Holy Communion and hear about the history of Thanksgiving. Afterwards, all are invited to share in conversation and enjoy coffee and cake.”
