Arrests: On Tuesday, November 30, 2021, Morrison Police arrested and charged Shane A. Gaffey, age 47 of Morrison, IL, with Criminal Damage to Property (Class 4 Felony.) The arrest is the result of an incident that occurred on November 10, 2021, at 631 E. Lincolnway, Morrison. Gaffey was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
