Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, November 18, 2016.
Arrests: On Thursday, November 24, 2016, at approximately 2:00 a.m., Morrison Police responded to a motor vehicle crash (property damage only; no injuries) in the area of N. Base Street and W. High Street, Morrison, IL. Upon arrival, Morrison Police located a vehicle in a ravine north of the intersection. No persons involved were at the scene. As a result of the investigation, Morrison Police issued citations to Dillon M. Huycke, age 25 of Morrison for the following offenses: Leaving Scene – Property Damage Accident, Failure to Report Accident to Police Authority, Operating Uninsured Vehicle, and Failure to Reduce Speed. Huycke was released with a Notice to Appear for December 19, 2016.
