Morrison Chief of Police Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, November 1, 2019.
Arrests: On Monday, November 4, 2019, at approximately 10:30 a.m., Morrison Police arrested Federico Cantu, age 52 of Rock Falls, IL, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Whiteside County, charging Cantu with Unlawful Manufacturing/Delivery of Cocaine (<15 grams-Class 1 Felony.) Cantu was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
