CHARGES LISTED BELOW ARE ACCUSATIONS AND ALL DEFENDANTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
03-19-17 2:27 a.m. 2800 block of Walnut Street in Rock Falls, Deputies arrested Timothy P. Valdivia 23 of Rock Falls, on one outstanding Whiteside County Warrant and an Ogle County Warrant.
He was transported to the Whiteside County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
