Nathan G. Wolf, age 72, of Prophetstown, IL, died Sunday, December 31, 2017, at his home.
Nathan was born February 21, 1945, in Sterling, IL, the son of Walter and Louise (Harris) Wolf. He married Elaine Johnson on June 23, 1967, in Rock Falls, IL. She preceded him in death on May 10, 2015. He was employed with the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 25 for 42 years. Nathan enjoyed fishing and traveling.
Survivors include one daughter, Vicki (Corey) Willett of Sterling; three sons, Kenneth (Cris) Wolf of Princeton, IN, Troy (Kim) Wolf of China, MI, and Chris Wolf of Streator, IL; one sister, Lynda (Wayne) Endress of Morrison, IL; six grandchildren, Raven, Joshua, Kira, Devyn, Katie, and Nathan.
He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; two brothers, Roger Wolf and Jeff Wolf.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 3, 2018, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., at McDonald Funeral Home, 46 Grove Street, Prophetstown, IL.
Funeral services will be Thursday, January 4, 2018, at 10:30 a.m., at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Prophetstown, IL.
A memorial has been established to the Prophetstown Fire Department.
