Mustangs Fall in Triangular

GolfBallTeeA perfect weather day wasn’t enough for the Morrison Mustang golfers as they dropped a triangular meet on their home course at Deer Valley Golf Club, Deer Grove, IL.  Mason Dyksta, who was the only Mustang to break the 50 barrier with a 47, was followed by Nate Helms (51), Cooper Bush (52), and Danny Mouw (54) for a total of 207.  All team members from Rockridge and Princeton scored under 50, to position Rockridge in first (171) and Princeton in second place with a score of 178.  Dan O’Neill of Rockridge earned the Medalist honor with a score of 39.

The Princeton Junior Varsity (179) topped the Mustangs (212) and Rockridge (212.)  Princeton’s Jaden Eggers earned the Medalist honor with a score of 42.  Morrison was led by Beau Brackemyer (48); Isaac Melton(50); Adam Tichler (54); Chase Newman (56) to earn second place with a score of 212.
