Regional Quarterfinals were held at East Dubuque, IL, on Saturday, February 18, 2023, between the Morrison Mustangs and the East Dubuque Warriors. Brenden Martin’s 11 points in the first half anchored the Mustangs, as they entered the halftime recess with a 28-21 advantage.
Halftime adjustments by the Warriors stifled the Mustangs. MHS connected on only four field goals the entire second half. They fell to the Warriors by a 45-39 score, to end their 2023 season.
