Homecoming Week 2021 is in full “swing” at Morrison High School, in Morrison, IL. The Music Department contributed toward a “smashing” event, during THUSE, on Thursday, September 30. This percussive event is aided by local contributors.
Money raised from the Car Smash will go toward continued instrument maintenance and special opportunities for students involved in the Music Department. Percussive participants will be charged $1 a beat or $3 for 30 seconds in “the cage” with the car.
The Music Department wants to offer a special Thank You to the following businesses for their contributions toward the Morrison Homecoming Celebration: Hunter Body Shop, 15885 Lincoln Road, Morrison, and J+J Auto Glass, 1120 7th Street, DeWitt, IA.
