During the Monday, April 12, 2021, meeting of Morrison American Legion Post, Dewey S. Mulnix was presented his 50-year Continuous Membership Certificate. Mulnix is a Life Member of The American Legion Post 328 in Morrison, IL. He was presented his certificate by lifelong friend, Past Commander Terry Jones, at left.
The Post is located at 306 E. Main Street, where it meets on the second Monday of each month. All veterans are encouraged to attend a meeting and should inquire about membership. Other Posts in the area are increasing their dues to $40, while Morrison has opted to keep theirs at $35 per year.
The Post always seeks new members to augment their aging membership, perform military services, and sustain the Post for years to come.
