The recent December snowfall has prepared Morrison Winter Park for sledding, just in time for the Grand Opening of the newest City recreation facility. Morrison Department of Fun and Friends of the Parks invite the public to bundle up and enjoy winter fun, on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.
The Department of Fun has gather/refurbished “about 26 pairs” of ice skates to borrow. Bring your own if you have a pair.
The location is 503 W. Winfield Street, Morrison, IL. Bring your own sled, coaster, or toboggan; hot chocolate; a device for taking photos.
