The public is invited to attend Visit Day at Morrison Institute of Technology, 701 Portland Avenue (IL Route 78), Morrison, IL, on Saturday, March 7, 2015. This is an opportunity for the Community to see programs the College offers in Engineering Technology and Computer Network Administration. There will be demonstrations, presentations, tours of the campus, and refreshments. Doors open at 10:00 a.m. with a program starting at 10:30.
Morrison Institute of Technology is a two-year accredited college that provides a comprehensive education to prepare young men and women to work in the fields of Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Building and Construction Engineering Technology, and Computer Networking Administration.
Most of the College’s graduates use their degrees immediately upon graduation. Twenty-five percent go on each year to various universities across the Nation to earn their Bachelor’s Degrees. T he graduation rate is one of the highest among Junior Colleges in the Midwest. The job placement rate is superior, with not enough graduates to fill all the jobs offered.
