Woodlawn Arts Academy, 3807 Woodlawn Road, Sterling, IL, will offer two productions of “The Nutcracker” ballet, featuring Sauk Valley area dancers, ranging in age from six through adult. Four Morrison, IL, dancers include Annabelle Blevins, Daily Damhoff, Mikadyn Jakubs as Clara, and Marissa Wadsworth.
Performances will be onstage at Centennial Auditorium, Sterling High School, 1608 4th Avenue, Sterling:
- Saturday, November 19, 2016, at 7:00 p.m.
- Sunday, November 20, at 2:00 p.m.
Tickets will be on sale starting Friday, November 4, at the Centennial Auditorium Box Office, between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m., and thereafter Monday through Friday, until November 18. Purchase tickets online at centennialauditorium.org.
All proceeds benefit Woodlawn Arts Academy, which is funded partially by a grant from the Illinois Arts Council Agency and by United Way of Whiteside County. Savant Capital Management is the sponsor of this traditional holiday event.
