Morrison Garden Club will host the annual Morrison Plant Sale on Saturday, May 7, 2016, from 8:00 a.m. until noon, at the Farm Bureau Building, 100 E. Knox Street, Morrison, IL. All the money raised will go towards our current and future beautification projects in town.
Besides our work on the Odell Public Library grounds, we do plantings around the fountain and bird bath at Veteran’s Park; six, large planters on the IL Route 78/U. S. Highway 30 corner; plantings opposite this corner at the Pocket Park, beside Morrison’s Heritage Museum.
We really could use donations of perennials that you might split in your gardens plus any plants you no longer want. We are taking donations of planters, trellises, garden statuary, garden tools, etc.
