The Morrison Community Preschool is pleased to announce the hiring of Jen Wolf as the new Director/Teacher. Wolf is from Downers Grove, IL.
While pursuing an Elementary Education degree, she completed clinical experiences in West Chicago, and Rochelle, IL. She participated in a yearlong student-teaching experience in Elburn, IL, where she taught full-day Kindergarten. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.
Wolf has lived in Morrison, IL, for about two years, beginning her career as a classroom aide in the Morrison Blended Preschool Program. She loves to get students involved in the community around them, as well as moving, exploring, and creating. In her spare time she can be found reading, gardening, or hiking with her husband, Collin, and dog, Ava.
The preschool is currently accepting registrations for the 2016-2017 school year.
The Morrison Community Preschool, formerly held at Morrison United Methodist Church, will be housed in a classroom at Northside Elementary School, 520 N. Genesee Street, Morrison.
Class schedules will be as follows:
3-year-old program, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:15 to 10:30 a.m.
4-year-old program, Monday through Friday from 12:30 to 2:45 p.m.
