For five mornings, Morrison Christian Church, 201 S. Genesee Street, Morrison, IL, hosts a Community Vacation Bible School for children in kindergarten to Junior High. Sessions are Monday, July 17, through Friday, July 21, 2017, at the church, from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
Parents are invited each day, beginning at 11:30, to view a photo slideshow of the children’s activities.
The theme is “Imagination Construction Zones at Maker Fun Factory,” based on the slogan, “Created by God, Built for a Purpose.” There will be non-competitive team building with Crew Leaders in charge: electricians, painters, craftsmen, and carpenters. Children move to a variety of stations, with older ones helping younger. Snacks, Bible discovery, and crafts are included.
To facilitate ordering supplies, please print and compete the preregistration slip at the bottom of the page. Children are encouraged to invite a friend. Those who did not preregister may attend.
