A Celebration of Life will be held for Willis “Bill” Ottens on Saturday, May 28, 2016, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., at Cross Creek Golf Course, 15523 Henry Road, Morrison, IL. His children Michael and Mark Ottens and Lori Ottens Moeller will host the event.
