Your friends in the Morrison Community Hospital Auxiliary hope this letter finds you happy and in the best of health, as we again approach our annual Morrison Community Hospital Ladies Tea.
This year’s event is on Thursday, May 4, 2017, at 2:00 p.m., at Morrison United Methodist Church, 200 W. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL.
Please join us, as we enjoy a most entertaining program provided by the Morrison High School Choral Group. They will perform musical and theatrical excerpts from their Spring Musical, “Annie.”
- Dody Ogburn and her Dietary Department team will prepare delicious treats and refreshing tea.
- Mick Welding will share an update on the activities of the Auxiliary.
- Flora Stralow will provide the annual Treasurer’s Report.
- An update on new and renewing scholarships will be provided. However, new scholarship information will not be announced until Honors Night is held at the high school, Tuesday, May 9.
We wish to thank everyone who has helped make our fundraisers so successful throughout the year! Our Book Sale, Uniform Sale, Christmas Treasure and Bake Sale, Spring Fling and Autumn Splendor Vendor Sales have been well received. They provided much needed funding to provide scholarships, medical equipment, and other items used to improve the quality and services our community members receive at the hospital.
Morrison Community Hospital Auxiliary annual dues are only $5 for one year. Please consider joining us in our efforts; invite a friend, relative, or neighbor to come along. Dues may be paid at the Ladies Tea or mailed to Flora Stralow, Treasurer, 16166 Liberty Street, Morrison, IL 61270.
