May 4 Morrison Police Report

Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, May 4, 2018.

Arrests:  On Saturday, May 5, 2018, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Morrison Police received a driving complaint and conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of E. Lincolnway, on a vehicle driven by David H. Widener, age 63 of Sterling, IL.  As a result of the investigation during the traffic stop, Morrison Police arrested and charged Widener with Improper Lane Usage and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.  Widener was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.

On Thursday, May 10, 2018, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Morrison Police arrested Jeremy S. Wagner, age 38 of Morrison, IL, pursuant to an Order for Attachment for Contempt, issued by Whiteside County.  Jeremy was escorted to the Whiteside County Jail.
