Morrison Chief of Police Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, May 3, 2019.
Arrests: On Thursday, May 2, 2019, at approximately 3:30 p.m,. Morrison Police arrested Jared G. Hudson, age 40 of Dixon, IL, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Lee County, charging Hudson with Failure to Appear. Hudson was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
On Sunday, May 12, 2019, at approximately 11:50 a.m., Morrison Police responded to a possible fight in the alley at 606 N. Cherry Street, Morrison, IL. As a result of the incident, Morrison Police arrested and charged Jamison E. Smith, age 44 of Morrison, with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting a Peace Officer. Due to injuries possibly sustained during the incident, Smith was transported to the Morrison Community Hospital to be treated and, once released, was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
