Arrests: On Friday, May 26, 2023, Morrison Police Department received a complaint for a welfare check request, at 601 E. Lincoln Way. As a result of the welfare check, Police arrested Kristopher Ludvigsen, age 30 of Morrison, IL, on valid warrants for Failure to Appear Improper Use of Registration, and Contempt of Court. Ludvigsen was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
