Arrests: On Sunday, May 27, 2018, at approximately 11:19 a.m., Morrison Police arrested Wayne E. Betts, age 54 of Morrison, IL, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Ogle County, charging Betts with Driving While License Suspended. Betts was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
