Join us at the Quad-City Tailgate Cook-Off Benefit, for the Matt A. Miller Survivors Foundation on Saturday, May 21, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Credit Island, Davenport, IA. Follow W. River Drive south in Davenport to Credit Island Road.
There will be fun for everyone! We will have local celebrity judges, a Disc Golf Tournament, Bags, live music, silent auctions and raffles, activities for the whole family, and so much more.
QC Tailgate Cook-off will be an annual fundraising event for The Matt A. Miller Survivor’s Foundation, which is a non-profit. The Foundation’s mission is to gather funding to provide financial assistance to young women with children, who are widowed and left unable or unprepared to support a family on their own. Services include assistance with bills. Women also receive assistance with navigating application processes or other forms of public or private support, from groups who specialize in helping and supporting people in need of help, after a tragic loss to their family.
“Stone Cold Moonshine” will be opening the day’s musical entertainment from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Stone Cold Moonshine is a local line-up of accomplished musicians, specializing in arena rock mixed with classic and contemporary country. Our slogan is “1 Shot Rock + 1 Shot Country = 100% Moonshine!” We serve up the hits that will have fans line dancing, head banging, and singing along, until it’s time to go home.
