Marjorie R. Pell, 91, of Morrison, IL, died Thursday, October 31, 2013, at Four Seasons Living Center, Morrison.
Marjorie was born November 1, 1921, in Clinton, IA, to Elmer and Elizabeth (Ottens) VanDellen. She was educated in the Fulton Grade Schools and was a graduate of Fulton High School in Fulton, IL. She married Fred Pell on October 3, 1946, in Fulton. He died January 16, 2010. Marjorie was a homemaker, and fellowship with her family was a significant part of her life. She was a member of Emmanuel Reformed Church in Morrison.
Survivors include one daughter, Beth Pell Williams of DeWitt, IA; five sons, John Pell of DeKalb, IL; Ron (Jennifer) Pell of Concord, CA; Steven Pell, Randy Pell, and Roger Pell all of Morrison; nine grandchildren, Anna Williams, Stephanie (Tony) King, Julie Howard, Mackenzie Pell, Nicholas (Veronica) Pell, Jesse Pell, Jaycob Pell, Jessica (David) Hicks, and Roger Pell, Jr.; five great-grandchildren, Juliana Pell, Isaiah Howard, Nicholas Pell, Heidi King, and Brooke Hicks; one sister, Isabelle Benson of Morrison.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Fred; one brother, Floyd VanDellen.
FUNERAL SERVICE: 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at Emmanuel Reformed Church, Morrison, IL
