Tornow, 49 Rock Falls, on a Whiteside County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Driving while License Suspended charge. He was unable to post the required bond. Tornow was transported to the Whiteside County Jail in lieu of bond.
3-05-17 at 11:35 a.m. In the 400 block of E. 8th Street, Rock Falls, IL, Deputies arrested Auston J. Garrett, 18, on a Whiteside County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Driving while License Suspended charge. Garrett posted bond on scene and was released on a Notice to Appear in Sterling Court
