On 3-23-19 at 2:20 p.m., Whiteside County Deputies investigated a domestic battery incident that occurred in rural Morrison, IL. After their investigation concluded, Marcus D. Brown, age 30 originally from Chicago, IL, was arrested for the following charges:
- Domestic Battery, two counts
- Unlawful Restraint
- Endangering the Life or Health of a Child, two counts
- Aggravated Battery-Great Bodily Injury.
Brown was remanded to the Whiteside County Jail on the felony charges pending a future bond hearing.
