Arrests: On Sunday, March 26, 2023, Morrison Police Department responded to an intoxicated subject at 208 E. Main Street, Morrison, IL. As a result of the incident, Police arrested Kelly J. Hicks, age 42 of Morrison, for Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer. Hicks was transported to the Whiteside County Jail. Morrison Police were assisted by the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Department.
