March 14-16 Illinois State Police Arrests

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Makayla S. A. Hicks, 20, of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped for a lighting violation on 3/14/2018 at 1:51 a.m., on Lynn Boulevard at 16th Avenue in Sterling, IL, and charged with Driving While License Suspended.  Hicks was also wanted on a Whiteside County warrant.  Passenger Alisa M. Andrews, 19, of Rock Falls, IL, was also wanted on a Whiteside County warrant.  Both subjects were transported to the Whiteside County Jail.

Ernie T. Cribbs, 52, of Rochelle, IL, was stopped for failure to signal when required on 3/14/2018 at 2:20 p.m., on Gary Avenue at Irene Avenue in Rochelle, IL.  He was charged with Driving While License Revoked and Failure to Signal When Required.  Cribbs was released on an I-bond.
 
Juan D. Olguin, 36, of Rochelle, IL, was stopped on 3/14/2018 at 4:06 p.m., on Illinois Route 251 at Dutch Road in Ogle County after a routine registration inquiry revealed the registration was suspended for no insurance.  Olguin was charged with Operating a Vehicle With Suspended Registration and Driving While License Suspended, and he was wanted on a warrant.  Olguin posted $200 cash for the warrant and was issued an I-bond for Driving While Suspended.

Brandon R. Vincent, 24, of Dixon, IL, was stopped for speeding on 3/16/18 at 8:20 a.m., on U. S. 30 at Franklin Road in Lee County.  Vincent was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine (less than 5 grams), Driving While License Suspended, Operating a Vehicle With Suspended Registration, Speeding, and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol.  Also charged was Meadow F. Sheimo-Vonbruchhaeus, 22, of Las Vegas, NV, with Possession of Methamphetamine (less than 5 grams), Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, and Failure to Wear a Seat Belt.  Additionally, Stephanie A. Bauer, 22, of Amboy, IL, was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine (less than 5 grams) and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol.  All three subjects were transported to the Lee County Jail.
