March 1 Illinois State Police Report

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Candy A. Taylor, 44, of Peoria, IL, was stopped on 2/26/2018 at 2:15 a.m., on Interstate 39 southbound at milepost 100 in Ogle County, after a routine registration inquiry revealed the registered owner had a suspended Driver’s License.  Taylor was charged with Driving While License Suspended, Child Restraint Violation, and Wanted on Warrant.  Taylor was transported to the Ogle County Jail.

Andrew E. Snow, 27, of Sterling, IL, was stopped on 2/27/2018 at 1:35 a.m., on 2nd Street at 6th Avenue in Sterling, after a routine registration inquiry revealed the registered owner had a suspended Driver’s License. Snow was charged with Driving While License Suspended and Wanted on Warrant.  Taylor posted cash bond and was released. 

David R. Stengel, 28, of Sheboygan, WI, was stopped for speeding and improper lane usage on 2/27/2018 at 2:29 p.m., on Interstate 39 northbound at milepost 83 in Lee County, and charged with Driving While License Suspended, Speeding, and Improper Lane Usage. Stengel was released on an I-bond.

Delfino Torres Aparicio, 32, of Chicago, IL, was stopped for speeding on 2/28/2018 at 10:51 a.m., on U. S. Route 30 at Interstate 39 in Lee County, and charged with Driving While License Suspended, No Insurance, Speeding, and Wanted on Warrant.  Aparicio was transported to the Lee County Jail.
