The City of Morrison announces that a public information Open House for the Main Street Redevelopment Project, Preliminary Design Phase, will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, in the City of Morrison Community Room at Odell Public Library, 307 S. Madison Street, Morrison, IL.
City of Morrison personnel and representatives from Willett Hofmann Associates, Inc., Sterling, IL, will be available to answer questions regarding the Project.
Numerous exhibits–depicting a variety of design concepts and alternatives for the Project–will be on display. Below are four suggested overarching name signs and a means of creating sidewalk accessibility.
Residents will have the opportunity to express their opinions regarding the need for the Project, along with the various concepts and alternatives. Residents will also be able to utilize Comment Sheets, which can be dropped off at City Hall at a later date.
