Neatly arrayed along the 200 block of E. Main Street, Morrison, IL, were 16 brightly polished motorcycles. Thirteen of them lined the south side of the street, three parked on the north. The belonged to a group of riders originating from the Rockford, IL, area who arrived for lunch on Saturday, August 5, 2017.
Their destination was Fat Boy’s, 201 E. Main Street.
When owner Toby Lindeman was asked why, he stated, “Because we’ve been serving hamburgers for 15 years.”
They also must be good enough for people to drive nearly 85 miles.
