We are so incredibly grateful to her wonderful doctors, Dr. Susan Provo became not just a doctor, but a true friend, and to Jennifer Garriott and the nurses at Dr. Provo’s office, especially Connie, who always hit the mark when drawing blood.  Thank you to all the nurses on the third floor of CGH Medical Center for the special care over the years and making her stays feel like home.  We thank her heart doctors, Dr. Kurion and Dr. Robken, nurses, and staff in Davenport, IA, who allowed our mom to have quality of life and be pain-free, for the remainder of her time on this earth.  Special thank you to the Rock River Hospice and Home, for the care and help to Brooke, her granddaughter, so she could be at home for her passing.

Lovie was an unforgettable person that never met a stranger.  If you asked our Dad, to whom she is speaking right now, he would comment, “I have no clue, and neither does she.”
