It first appeared that it took a crew of three to make sure the fourth was doing his job correctly, as City of Morrison, IL, Department of Public Works members attacked mud at 11:30 a.m., on Friday, June 6, 2014! The crew, shown left-to-right, were Scott Strobbe, Matt Lancaster, Drew Blean with the power spray, and the unseen Mike Garland.
They were in the process of waiting while earth was cleared from a portion of leaking water pipe, several feet below the roadway. This occured at the southeast corner of N. Cherry and E. High Streets. The spray removed the mud efficiently and make discovery of the leak easier.
Sometimes, the team simply has to wait, while one man works his magic.
