The Morrison Fillies punded out ten hits while Allie Wiersema was holding Fulton to five to earn the win over the Fulton Steamers 8-0.

The Morrison Fillies expanded their conference mark to 8-1 in game one of a  Monday night doubleheader  over the Fulton Steamers by a score of 11-1.

Sloppy Win

A Thursday afternoon game between the Kewanee Boilermakers and the Morrison Mustangs was labeled “Sloppy” by Kewanee loyal spectators. They saw 29 runs, 24 hits, and 13 errors and maybe they had a right to be critical in the 18-11 Morrison win.

Bill Lee Greul took the mound for the second game of the day for the Mustangs and allowed only one hit on the chilly night as Morrison topped the Kewanee Boilermakers by a 5-2 score.
