The Kewanee, IL, Wethersfield Lady Geese were the guests for the final regular season game with the Morrison High School Fillies on Saturday, February 7, 2015. The lead never exceeded four points by either team, and the Geese flew south with a 42-40 win.
Four Morrison High School girls scored in double figures against the Port Byron, IL, Riverdale Rams on Thursday, February 5, 2015. The Fillies came out of the corral and built a 21-3 first quarter lead. They extended that to 37-8 by half.
Prophetstown’s Corrie Reiley outscored the entire Morrison Fillies five in the first half to establish an unsurmountable advantage to lead the Phophets to a 58-43 conference win.
The Morrison Mustangs excited the full house on Friday night, January 30, 2015, by jumping out to 7-0 first quarter lead. They never relinquished it en route to a 55-52 Three Rivers Conference win over the Fulton, IL, Steamers.

Tracy Henson submitted this report and photo. The Piranhas Swim Club hosted a “Swim Your Own Age Meet” at the Davenport, IA, North High School Pool on Saturday, January 3, through Sunday, January 4, 2015. Fifteen Seahorses participated in this first meet of the new year. This meet was unique,
