Monica Wright, star pitcher for the Morrison Fillies from 2001 to 2005, was recently hired as Softball Pitching Coach for University of Northern Illinois, in DeKalb, IL. She played for them in 2006 before transferring to the University of Indiana, where she won 30 games over three seasons.
After being graduated from college, Wright had stints as the Pitching Coach at Elon University in Elon, NC; Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio; Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, IN.
