Courtesy of Dr. David C. Jennings, there are now 19 available parking spaces in the municipal parking lot on E. Market Street. One space is for handicap accessibility. The City of Morrison Public Services staff placed bags over Dr. Jennings’ signs, so the public would know they are available, If his building is sold in the future, Jennings stated, the new owner may restrict those parking spots for his/her clients. Until then, enjoy the added convenience.
