Attendees of the Odell Public Library Annual Book and Bake Sale, Saturday, November 4, 2017, found handmade Christmas ornaments to purchase, too. Ornaments to commemorate a favorite book or author had been created by Odell Public Library Friends.
A Christmas tree at Odell Public Library, 302 S. Madison Street, Morrison, IL, offered a festive display of approximately 55 ornaments. All were sold at $4.
Katie Ryder stated, “The Friends annually raise about $3000 for Odell, which is used to purchase a wide variety of items that just don’t fit within the Library’s operating budget.”
Ornaments were hung on Thursday, November 2, 2017. Look for the decorated tree on your next visit.
