The Cottonwood 4-H Club and the Morrison Chamber of Commerce would like to express our sincere appreciation to all of the sponsors, businesses, organizations, and individuals who donated their time, services, and money to make this year’s Halloween Parade and Costume Contest a success. Nearly 300 children participated in the parade on Saturday, October 25, 2014, and scores of admirers lined the parade route this year to see Morrison’s creativity on display.

We especially appreciate the generosity of Farmers National Bank, the 2014 costume contest trophy sponsor. Thank you to all our donors and sponsors:  DQ Grill & Chill, Community State Bank, Hardee’s, Super Wash, Happy Joe’s Pizza and Ice Cream, Yoga with Martina, Sterling Federal Bank, State Farm Insurance, thecity1.com, Timber Lane Christmas Tree Farm, Shawver Press, Kids for Christ, More Insurance Agency, Casey’s General Store, and Advantage One Credit Union.

We would also like to extend thanks to Morrison Southside School, City of Morrison, Morrison Police Department, Cottonwood 4-H Club members and parents, Kathy Frederick, Donna Boonstra, Carol Hill, Jennifer Suarez, Nancy Stevens, and Sharon Moore. We look forward to next October when we’ll host another fun-filled, Community-wide event.

Heather Toppert, President, Morrison Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors

LuEllen Lee, Leader, Cottonwood 4-H Club
