To the Editor:
On behalf of the Thomson Sesquicentennial Committee and the Village of Thomson, IL, I extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all the supporters of our Year to Remember. In addition to our own community, we were cheered on by our neighbors and friends throughout the County and beyond.
A special thanks to the news media: local newspapers, websites, and radio stations that unfailingly provided ad space and coverage for our events.
We look back on 2015 with fondness and look forward to the challenges and blessings of 2016 with a spirit of renewal.
A good time was had by all.
