Prophetstown’s Corrie Reiley outscored the entire Morrison Fillies five in the first half to establish an unsurmountable advantage to lead the Phophets to a 58-43 conference win.
The second basket made by Reilly marked her 1000th point scored in her high school career at Prophetsotwn.
The constant three-quarter court pressure caused turnovers that Reilly and her teammates turned into easy scores and allow them to build a 33-10 halftime advantage.
Morrison was able to score on the inside as Ashley Greul grabbed 13 rebounds and lead the Fillies in scoring with 14 points.
The Fillies end regular season play as the seniors are honored before the start of Saturday night’s game against Kewanee Wethersfield.
